In the "Live Your Anger" workshop, we'll guide you through the process of becoming aware of and safely releasing anger, an emotion that, if unprocessed, can cause physical and emotional harm.

Somatic Work 𖥸

We’ll start with somatic exercises to help you connect with your body. By focusing on physical sensations, you’ll uncover and release tension and emotions like anger stored deep within.

Conscious Connected Breathing 𖥸

We’ll then move into conscious connected breathing, a continuous rhythmic breathing technique. This practice helps release stored tension and energy, deepens self-awareness, and brings you closer to your true inner self.
